Currently we are looking for:

Finance Director

Workplace: Szczecinek



  • Organization of accounting/finance department of the company, set-up of cooperation with other departments.
  • Finance analysis of the economic activity of the company and presentation of the results to the company management.
  • Budgeting and planning of the company operational activity.
  • Investment budgeting – calculation of ROI and profitability for new investments.
  • Cash flow planning and preparation of the reports for the company management.
  • Risk assessment and management.
  • Representation of the company during negotiations with banks, audit companies and state authorities.
  • Approval of documents/payments within defined procedures and in compliance with Kronospan Controlling and Accounting Policy.
  • Cooperation and consulting of finance staff of other Kronospan companies with regards to organization of management reporting, transformation of NAS reporting etc.
  • Control over timely settlement of loan liabilities of the company.
  • Control over writing-off of shortages, debts receivable etc.
  • Participation in month-end closure procedures.
  • Control of key financial and operational indicators.
  • Efficient organization of internal controls and reporting.
  • Review of customers' KFI and provision of recommendations for internal credit limits.
  • Cooperation with credit insurance companies.

Scope of duties:

  • Minimum 5 years work experience on similar position in the production company or in the Big Four.
  • Strong accounting and financial background.
  • Higher education in finance/accounting and/or economics. Chartered Accountant qualification will be an advantage.
  • English – advanced.
  • Excel – expert.
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and management skills.
