Currently we are looking for:

Commercial Lawyer / Manager (Junior)

Workplace: Szczecinek



  • University education in the area of Law, alternatively Legal background
  • Experience in the relevant area
  • Very good command of English
  • Negotiating skills
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Goal-oriented

Main duties after, the implementation process is completed:

  • Business planning and budgeting
  • Fulfilling the plan regarding commercial market activities
  • Negotiations with key clients and suppliers
  • Reporting efficiency ratios
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of sales orders
  • Supervision good inwards services and payment settlements
  • Legal reporting
  • Responsibility for a relationship with authorities
  • Reporting out of order situations
  • Preparing analyses, estimates, and presentations for the Board of Directors and external clients
  • Supervision and optimization of existing reporting systems
